Bookings can be made either by telephone, e-mail or ordinary mail. Please note telephone bookings will take priority over e-mail enquiries.
A booking made by either of the aforementioned is a contract and needs to be secured with a deposit .This is non refundable unless a cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to proposed date of arrival. Total balance is payable on arrival. Please note that at present we are unable to accept credit or debit cards.If you cancel and then re-book,the deposit paid can be used against a future booking.
Re-booking is subject to availability.
Cancellations of less than 14 days notice, non-arrivals and very late cancellations will be charged the equivalent to the entire length of the booking at the rate at which the reservation was made.
We operate a strict no smoking policy throughout our premises and any infringement of this rule can result in instant cancellation of contract with loss of monies paid, plus a two nights charge for cleaning and refreshing room.
Deposits for bookings for Bank holiday weekends, Easter, Goth,Folk Week, Regatta, New Year's Eve are non-refundable.
We regret we do not accept pets.
We do not accept responsibility for any items or articles that you bring onto the premises.We do not accept responsibility for any damage to your car when it is parked outside the guest house either on-street or on our driveway.
We regret we are unable to accept one night weekend bookings between March and October.
Rooms are available from 1.30pm.Please vacate your room by 11.00am on the day of departure.
